Do you ship worldwide?

No, currently only in Switzerland.

Where do you ship from?

I ship from Bern (Switzerland), meet-ups may be possible.

Can I change or cancel my order?

As I aim to process orders as quickly as possible, you must request any changes/cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. All requests after this time will be declined.

What payment methods do you accept?

I accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments. If you want to pay via TWINT send me a massage on Instagram @snabbaclo.

When will my order be processed?

All orders are processed and shipped from my warehouse. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during the holidays and sales season. I process orders between Monday and Saturday. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that I cannot ship on Sundays.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Due to high demand, it can take between 4-7 days for your order to arrive.

What happens if I don't receive my order?

If you have not received your order within 30 days of dispatch, you are entitled to a full refund.

How can I return an item?

You cannot return an item unless it is incorrect or not as described since these are vintage items. If this is the case please contact me at info@snabbaclothing.com or Instagram @snabbaclo.

What if the item(s) I have received are faulty/wrong/damaged?

Please contact me if you have received an item that is incorrect, missing and/or damaged. Please include photos of the item(s) and any accompanying notes when you receive your parcel. I will do my best to resolve your case as quickly as possible.

When will I receive my refund?

All refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. If you paid with a credit or debit card, the refund will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned merchandise or cancelation. Please contact the card-issuing bank if you would like to know when the credit will be posted to your account. If you have not yet received a credit for your return, proceed as follows: Contact the bank/credit card company. It may take some time for the refund to be credited to your account.
