Do you ship worldwide?

No, currently only in Switzerland.

Where do you ship from?

We ship from Bern (Switzerland), meet-ups may be possible.

Can I change or cancel my order.

Normally all requests will be declined. Contact us via Insta or Email for exceptions.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments. If you want to pay via TWINT send us a massage on Instagram @snabbaclo.

When will my order be processed?

All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during the holidays and sales season. We process orders between Monday and Saturday. Orders are processed within 1-4 business days of the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we cannot ship on Weekends and I'm a one woman business, means there is possibility i get sick or I'm on holiday (Mostly you will find this Information on Insta @snabbaclo)

How long will it take to receive my order?

Due to high demand, it can take between 4-7 working days for your order to arrive.

What happens if I don't receive my order?

If you have not received your order within 30 days of dispatch, you are entitled to a full refund.

How can I return an item?

You cannot return an item unless it is incorrect or not as described since these are vintage items. If this is the case please contact me at snabbaclothing@gmail.com or Instagram @snabbaclo within 7 days of receiving. If a return is possible, only in return of a gift card & return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Size & Condition of Items

All items sold in our shop are second-hand or vintage, meaning they may show signs of previous use. Any noticeable wear or defects will be clearly described in the product listing.

Please note that sizes may vary due to differences in vintage sizing standards. To ensure better fit guidance, we provide approximate measurements based on our size charts and visual assessment.

 

What if the item(s) I have received are faulty/wrong/damaged?

Please contact us if you have received an item that is incorrect, missing and/or damaged. Please include photos of the item(s) and any accompanying notes when you receive your parcel. We will do our best to resolve your case as quickly as possible.

When will I receive my refund?

All refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. If you paid with a credit or debit card, the refund will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned merchandise or cancelation. Please contact the card-issuing bank if you would like to know when the credit will be posted to your account. If you have not yet received a credit for your return, proceed as follows: Contact the bank/credit card company. It may take some time for the refund to be credited to your account.
